REMEMBERING BUBBA

You can shed tears that he is gone,

Or you can smile because he has lived.

You can close your eyes and pray that

He'll come back, or you can open your

Eyes and see all that he has left. Your

Heart can be empty because you can't

See him, or it can be full of the love you

Shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow

And live yesterday, or you can be happy for

Tomorrow because of yesterday. You can

Remember him and only that he's gone or

You can cherish his memory and let it live

On. You can cry and close your mind, be

Empty and turn your back or you can do

What he'd want. Smile, open your eyes

Love and go on!

Bubba,

I remember one Sunday when we were coming

out of church, you were about 4 years old and that

would have made me 5 years old. You told Mom as we

were walking to the car, "you were not going to sin

anymore." You can image the joy of Mom hearing that.

Then she I guess got to wondering why you would say that,

so she ask you. This was your answer, " Jesus said if you

don't sin, you can throw the first stone, and I want to

throw the first stone."

That was the topic of the conservation all most all day and even

that night when we returned to church. What a memory little

brother.
